3 Live Music Ideas for Spring & Summer Weddings

Our motto is Good People, Good Music. We understand that we are in the people business first and the music business second, and we pride ourselves on the relationships that we uphold with our clients and musicians. Check out these 3 live music ideas for spring and summer weddings!

1. Minsky Demonte

Spring is coming early this year, and it’s almost time to start making beach plans. If you’re still putting the finishing touches on your wedding ceremony or cocktail hour, don’t forget about the music! Steel drums are a fantastic complement to an island getaway-themed wedding that will create a worry-free vacation atmosphere.

2. J’Michael Peeples

Jazz guitar is one of the less common musical styles you can find locally, and talented jazz guitarists are even fewer and farther between these days. J’Michael Peeples is one of those few, and is the perfect jazz guitar option to consider for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception because of his level of experience, professionalism, passion, skill, and the energy he radiates from his performances.

3. WireWood

An acoustic guitar and cello duo is a unique addition to an otherwise traditional springtime wedding. Greenville, South Carolina’s WireWood is a wonderful option to consider for a ceremony or cocktail hour because they have studied and taught their instruments at the collegiate level and offer a wide selection of unique arrangements of well-known songs, ranging from Top 40 selections to Frank Sinatra hits.

Key Signature Entertainment
Company Profile:

Brandon Crumpton, owner of Key Signature Entertainment, started booking live music for events over 15 years ago. He has led the company through a growth period booking and producing entertainment to an average of over 700 events a year. Key Signature Entertainment has 3 full-time employees and has developed an event staff to assist with larger, award-winning events throughout the season. Key Signature Entertainment was recently chosen as the 2018 Service Provider of the Year by the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority. This honor was voted on by key decision-makers in Charlotte’s hospitality and events industry.

Early in his career, Brandon realized that event professionals and musicians speak a different language. He noticed that both were trying to achieve the same results, but just went about the process differently. He built Key Signature Entertainment with the goal of bridging that communication gap so that both musicians and event professionals could produce successful events effectively and efficiently.

Services offered by Key Signature Entertainment include band booking, research, vetting and concert production. Our specialty is taking your ideas and creating a live music experience for both you and your guests to enjoy.
